Group qualification standard All runners must have completed at least one marathon under 4 hours 30 minutes. Marathon times for every group member must be submitted with the inquiry.

Exactly 3 runners, one house, one bed per person. No sharing. Three is the ideal group size for coaching — everyone gets attention, no one gets lost in the pack.

Three people is the sweet spot. The coach can observe all runners simultaneously, pace differences are manageable, and on Day 6 nobody runs alone. Social enough to push each other. Small enough to feel personal.

1 or 2 runners. The schedule, pace, and focus bend around you. If two of you are coming, you get a private house and semi-private coaching at the same per-person price.

The daily runs, evening lectures, and ultra day strategy are shaped around your specific fitness, goals, and concerns — not a group average. Best for runners who want the deepest possible coaching relationship.

All prices are per runner, in Euros. Season runs mid-November to mid-February. Exact camp dates confirmed each season.

Companion option

Bring a partner, spouse, or travel companion

A week on a subtropical island for €300. Hard to say no.

The bed is already there. The house is paid for. Your companion shares your room and has full access to all house facilities — kitchen, laundry, internet. The daily car is available during free-use windows, though space in the car is not guaranteed on a full camp. Airport transfers are included, subject to car capacity. Not included: coaching sessions, evening lectures, or the farewell dinner. Subject to availability — confirm when making your inquiry.

Payment & cancellation

Payment schedule

  • 20% non-refundable deposit due at booking confirmation
  • 80% balance due 60 days before the camp start date
  • Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation with forfeiture of the deposit
  • All payments in Euros (EUR)

Cancellation & refunds

  • More than 60 days before: 70% refund of total fee
  • 45–60 days before: 50% refund of total fee
  • Less than 45 days before: no refund
  • The 20% deposit is non-refundable in all cases
  • Participation may be transferred to another eligible person at any time at no cost
  • Force majeure cancellation: no refund

Not included in any package

  • Flights to / from Naha Airport (OKA)
  • Daily meals and drinks
  • Health & travel insurance (mandatory — proof required)
  • Entrance fees to attractions and sights
  • Fuel for the daily car beyond the provided full tank on Day 5
  • Any personal expenses
